I completed my MSc Degree from the course of Product-Service System Design at Politecnico di Milano in April 2021. Currently, I am a BA and UX Designer at Enrian.
While I was studying, I gained experience with a Service Design (PoliMi DESIS Lab, October 2019 - January 2020) and a Project Management internship (Accenture Interactive, February - November 2020). Prior to my current role I was Junior Service and UX Designer in a small startup called quo•d.
I started my design career studying Industrial Design at the University of Ferrara, then I realised that there are enough products in this world and that I could make more of a difference designing services.
I believe that through design people can find impactful solutions to the changing necessities of society. So, what excites me the most about the design process is the (hopefully constant) relationship with users and stakeholders, from the research phase to the refinement of processes and offerings through time.
I am used to working in international and multidisciplinary environments and always try to overcome biases in projects (and life). Working in diverse teams is a great help for that. Teams are also my preferred context to untangle insights and ideas, they allow to better define and polish any kind of work.
What I know how to do is build connections to shape and improve services, with deep empathy and looking at both systems and details.
What I want to do is to be of service in the effort of improving how humans live in (sync with) this planet.
What I love to do after work is learning, about languages, music, plants, new places to eat, or climbing.
